research & strategy

I began by understanding the brand’s tone, audience expectations, and competitive context. Through stakeholder conversations and visual research, I identified opportunities to simplify messaging and introduce a visual system that felt authentic, friendly, and adaptable. The strategy focused on creating a visual identity that could easily translate into digital applications while supporting clear navigation and messaging hierarchy.

design & identity

The visual identity was centered around a balance of warmth and clarity. I developed a logo treatment and brand elements that conveyed personality without sacrificing legibility or functionality. A refined colour palette, paired with expressive typography and playful visual assets, established a flexible design system that could be applied across web and supporting materials. Components were designed with modularity in mind so the system could scale as the brand grows.

In the digital UI, layouts were structured to prioritize key calls to action and content clarity, from hero sections through to service descriptions, while maintaining a cohesive brand expression.

results & outcomes

The final brand and digital presence for Old Dogs feels unified, approachable, and user-focused. Users can now quickly access essential information, connect with the brand identity, and understand the value proposition with clarity. The updated visual system provides a strong foundation for future marketing and digital expansion, and the project demonstrates how thoughtful branding and UI design can work together to build both personality and functionality.
