research & strategy

We began with a deep dive into Cogency’s users and their needs — from legal professionals and corporate clients to nonprofits and lenders. By building detailed user personas and analyzing content usage, we restructured the information architecture to guide users intuitively through services and resources based on their specific goals.

design & identity

To support both content authors and end users, we developed a modular WordPress block pattern library that empowers Cogency’s team to update and scale content while maintaining brand consistency. This systemized approach:

  • Improved usability by breaking complex pages into clear, functional components

  • Supported advanced filtering and search to help users find relevant information quickly

  • Enabled custom content types for testimonials, events, webinars, and thought leadership, reinforcing authority and trust.

The redesigned interface embraced Cogency’s brand identity with a clean, modern aesthetic that supports trust and professionalism. Dynamic content elements such as iconography, motion cues, and interactive modules helped highlight key offerings without overwhelming users. Separate regional versions (Americas and EMEA) with multi-language support ensured localized relevance for international audiences.

The rebuilt Cogency Global website is a scalable, high-performance platform that reflects the brand’s expertise and supports a complex service ecosystem. Post-launch improvements include:
